Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! At Cornerstok, we make sure the product you receive matches the one shown on our store. All images and descriptions are carefully prepared to represent the actual product as accurately as possible.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, a sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

You can also:

  • Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case).

  • Log in to your Cornerstok account and go to the “My Orders” section to view and download your receipt.

  • If you checked out as a guest, you can request a copy by contacting our Customer Support at support@cornerstok.com.

 

How can I return an item?

At Cornerstok, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, returning it is simple.

To return an item:

  1. Check eligibility – Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and within our return period (usually [ 7 days] from delivery — update with your policy).

  2. Contact us – Email us at support@cornerstok.com or message us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Receive instructions – Our team will guide you with the return address and steps to send your item back.

  4. Refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement.

Note: Certain items (like personal care products or clearance items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final sale policies.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! At Cornerstok, we regularly restock popular items. If something you love is marked Out of Stock, it may just be temporarily unavailable.

To stay updated:

  • Follow us on social media – We post restock alerts for trending products.

  • Use the “Notify Me” option (if available on the product page) to get an email as soon as the item is back.

Some products, especially limited editions or seasonal collections, may not return once sold out — so we recommend grabbing your favorites quickly when they’re available.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders nationwide across Pakistan.

During checkout, you’ll be able to enter your delivery address, and the system will confirm if we can ship to your location.
